Letter to our friends and allies: Let's Talk

Dear  Friends: The crisis of the Middle East is daily news in almost every newspaper and television news cast. But to really understand the nature of the Palestinian resistance movement, and the nature of the state of Israel, there is a need for information and dialogue that goes beyond the mainstream media.

The Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid (CAIA) is interested in arranging educational outreach meetings and events in communities and classrooms across the GTA. CAIA can arrange film showings, speaking engagements, dialogues and debates on a wide variety of topics and questions. We are particularly interested in discussing how to extend the movement for boycott, divestment and sanctions against Israeli apartheid.

CAIA was formed in January 2006 as part of a growing, global movement against Israeli apartheid. We are a network of concerned individuals and organizations who believe that justice will not be achieved without equal rights for everyone in the region, regardless of religion, ethnicity or nationality.

We will work with you to make sure that the event best meets the needs of your organization, class or group. Our diverse group of speakers and wide collection of high quality films ensure presentations are adjusted to suit any size group or format, including small workshops, classes, conference presentations and debates.
